A specialized training workshop on storytelling skills was held at the headquarters of Abyan Youth Foundation, in collaboration with Al-Musnad Center for Studies, with the aim of enhancing participants’ abilities in the art of storytelling. The workshop was conducted by trainer Alaa Bahakr, Executive Director of Ma’an for Youth Empowerment Foundation.

The workshop covered several key topics, including the power of storytelling in delivering messages, essential tools for effective storytelling, inspiring success stories, and strategies for structuring impactful narratives based on communication principles. Participants also learned how to build a cohesive and compelling story by identifying its fundamental components.

During the session, trainer Alaa Bahakr emphasized that storytelling is a powerful strategic tool for influencing audiences, raising awareness, and enhancing effective communication with target groups.

The workshop was attended by Mr. Hamdi Salem, President of Abyan Youth Foundation; Eng. Ali Al-Zubaidi, Director of Abyan Youth Foundation’s Aden Office; Raed Daaban, President of Ma’an for Youth Empowerment Foundation; and Abdullah, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Abyan Youth Foundation’s Aden Office.
